FTS was established in 1987. We provide out-patient therapy, clinical supervision, consultation and therapy training.

Services:

We are a professional counseling service providing individual, couple, and family counseling for children, adolescents, and adults.

George Vognar provides professional clinical supervision and training to Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists working toward licensure.

Areas of Expertise:

Relational Health Issues: marriage, divorce, family conflict, blended families, adoption, parent education, communication.

Emotional Health Issues: depression, grief and loss, abuse, anger, anxiety, personality disorders, ADHD, autism/Aspergers, bi-polar disorder, PTSD.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, daytime and evening hours available.

Fees and Payments:

Deductibles or co-payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash or checks.

Insurance:

We are contracted providers for most major health insurance companies, including BCBS, Medica, UBH, Health Partners, TRI Care, Prefered One, and Medical Assistance.

Directions:

We are located in downtown Chaska one block south of Chaska Blvd. (formerly Highway 212), just east of Highway 41. There is parking on 5th street or in the parking lot at the side of the building. Enter the door off the parking lot. Find the stairwell and go up one flight. We are the first door at the top of the stairs.
